Criminal Original Petition coming on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 24.06.2021 and requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur. Sessions Judge, Mahalir neethimandram,(Fast Track Mahila Court), Thanjavur (Full Additional Charge) vide the Letter in D.No.587 of 2021 dated 06.09.2021, this Court made the following order: These petitions have been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the cases in S.C.Nos. 153 of 2018 and 15 of 2017.

2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petitions by order dated 24.06.2021 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the cases in S.C.Nos. 153 of 2018 and 15 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thanjavur, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
