O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to reinvestigate the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against the proposed accused, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that a copy of the closure report has already been sent to the petitioner through post, receipt of which is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The allegation in the complaint is that the petitioner had executed a Power of Attorney in favour of one Muthuramalingam vide Doc.No.187 of 2011 and pursuant to the execution of the Power of Attorney, the said Muthuramalingam had executed several sale deeds in favour of various persons without the knowledge of the petitioner and did not hand over the sale amount to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner. On coming to know of the fraud and forgery played by Muthuramalingam, the petitioner immediately cancelled the power of attorney and enraged by the same, he threatened the petitioner with dire consequence. It is alleged that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was not properly enquired into and hence, he is before this Court seeking the above relief.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also taking into account the fact that the closure report has duly been received by the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
