ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.Vide order dated 07.04.2021 made in W.P(MD)No.7515 of 2021, the Hon'ble Division Bench had only directed the local body to take action if the building in question was found to be an unauthorized construction. The local body was also directed to follow due process of law. Such an order cannot be said to suffer from any error. This review application is without merit. It stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
