ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam to return the amount deposited by the petitioner.

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner was an accused in Crime 254 of 2013. When he approached this Court seeking for anticipatory bail, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- before the Court below as a condition for grant of bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case itself ended in acquittal by judgment dated 03.08.2015. 4.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.75,000/- deposited by him pursuant to the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15257 of 2013. This process shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
