This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.265 of 2018 dated 05.06.2018 on the file of the Respondent No.1 for offences under Section 294(b), 323, 506(1) and 109 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 2002 and quash the same as illegal.

Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam on 12.06.2018 and the same was not taken on file. A copy of the charge sheet is also filed before this Court. 4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), it is open to the petitioner to made his objection before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.
