Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give permission to Petitioner's Makkal Kalai Ilakiya Kazhagam to conduct conference along with "May Day" procession on 01/05/2023 or any other alternative date at Palaganattam near by Nataraj Theatre, Madurai and pass any such further order. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the respondents to give permission to Petitioner's Makkal Kalai Ilakiya Kazhagam to conduct conference along with "May Day" procession on 01/05/2023 or any other alternative date at Palaganattam near by Nataraj Theatre, Madurai 2.Heard both sides.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that some people objected the arrangement of meeting. 4.But the petitioner got every right to make the above said arrangement for conducting the above said meeting, for which the private parties or another other parties cannot object.

5.Let the petitioner approach the second respondent for suggesting alternative day, except the days between 1st and 8th of May 2023. On making such representation, it may favourably considered by second respondent.

5.With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
