Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose off the O.A.No.40/24 within a time frame and to pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the O.A.No.40 of 2024.

2. Heard Mr.R.G.Shankar Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.P.Mahendran, learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that due orders will be passed in accordance with law.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of O.A.No.40 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than two months from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
