The petitioner with an allegation that the orders of this Court in WP.(MD)No.8647 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025 has not been complied with, has filed this contempt petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and an order has been passed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner has not been considered properly. 4.Since the orders of this Court has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the order to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
