ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 506(2), 420 IPC in Crime No.383 of 2016, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioners had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.224466 of 2016 in respect of the case registered in Crime No.383 of 2016 on the file of the Checkanurani Police Station.

4.It is seen that earlier, this case had been registered by Checkanurani Police Station. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Before surrendering and executing sureties, the entire case was transferred to District Crime Branch, Madurai District.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case is pending before the Superintendent of Police and the same is to be forwarded to the District Crime Branch. In view of the above, petitioners' apprehension of arrest is legitimate. 6.Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
