O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the charge memo issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.120223/W2/E3/08 dated 03.03.2009 and for a consequential direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to award all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner from 10.12.2008, within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that pursuant to the charge memo, dated 10.12.2008, the Disciplinary Proceedings has culminated in passing a final order of punishment of censure and therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the third respondent, if he desires so. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
