Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry proceedings that has been initiated against the respondents 3 and 4 for their illegal and fraudulent act of removing the Exhibits A5 to A7 without the permission or consent of the Court from the suit bundle in O.S.No.891 of 1990 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, by fixing a time limit and also in pursuance of the enquiry report of the 2nd respondent dated 30.04.2010 in Roc.No.5337/2006 and also the further notice of hearing dated 02.12.2012 issued by the 2nd respondent.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry proceedings initiated against the respondents 3 and 4. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the first and second respondents submitted that the enquiry proceedings initiated against the third and fourth respondents have already been completed and pursuant to the same, a criminal complaint has also been lodged before the Anna Nagar Police Station and the same has been registered in Crime No.1142 of 2015 and the investigation is pending. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents that the enquiry proceedings have already been completed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. This writ petition is, therefore, closed. If the petitioners have any grievance, they are at liberty to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. No costs.
