O R D E R

This petition is filed to set aside the conditional order passed by the Court of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur in Crl.M.P.No.934 of 2022 on 27.04.2022 and allow the Criminal Original Petition. 2.By the order dated 27.04.2022, the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, has passed the conditional order in Crl.M.P.No.934 of 2022 that directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.3 lakhs as compensation to the family of the deceased.

3.The grievance that has been expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that before the order passed by the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar, Rs.5 lakhs has been paid to the family of the deceased. So, on that ground, this petition has been filed.

4.But, the above said order has been passed by the concerned Court by exercising its discretionary power. The petitioner may move the very same Court by setting out the facts and circumstances. taken by the petitioners.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
