ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of I.P.C., and Section 24 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act, 1957, in Crime No.42 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Counsel (Crl.side) would point out that the petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3809 of 2021 and that it was dismissed on 19.03.2021.

4.Since the petitioner has not disclosed the correct facts, I am not inclined to grant relief. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. In any event, the Criminal Original Petition should be listed only before the very same Hon'ble Judge who had dismissed the earlier petition. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh criminal original petition.
