This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register the case, based on the petitioner complaint dated 20.04.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint preferred by the petitioner is that the proposed accused, who are her daughter and sonin-law are trying to grab the properties of the petitioner maintained by her as per the Will executed by her brother and on 03.04.2016, the proposed accused have trespassed into the house of the petitioner and taken away the articles in the absence of the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint stated to have been given by the petitioner has been enquired into by the respondent and they have come to the conclusion https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the matter pertains to civil dispute and therefore, appropriate

remedy may be sought for only from the civil Court. A copy of the closure report has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
