Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court and accordingly,issued letter No.13597/Ser.8(1)/2025-2 dated 20.02.2026 and a copy of the same is also placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed the same.

4. In the light of the above, this contempt petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said letter dated 20.02.2026, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the same. 17.04.2026 CM To,
