[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in this Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Jeevitha, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.546 of 2020 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenue and the third respondent were having love affair and they got married on 17.06.2020. It is further stated that on 17.06.2020, the detenue appeared before the respondent police and gave a statement stating that she is living happily with the third respondent. A copy of the said statement has been placed for perusal of this Court.

4.In the light of the above fact, no further order is necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
