O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by one Roshini claiming that she is the wife of one Pandiarajan, S/o Pandiselvi, aged about 21 years and their marriage was solemnized on 26.04.2021 and after the marriage, the mother of the said Pandiarajan has taken and kept him under illegal detention.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenu appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, the detenu would state that he has not been kept in illegal detention by anybody including the mother of the detenu.

H.C.P.(MD) No.842 of 2021 3.In view of the above submission of the detenu, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
