O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Cr.M.P.No.1778 of 2022 vide his order dated 25.04.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent,Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.2 imposed vide order, dated 25.04.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.1778 of 2022 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Mulanur Police Station, Thiruppur District daily at 10.00 am for a period of 15 days". Further, two weeks time is granted to execute the sureties from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.
