ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.03.2016 consequently directing the respondent to investigate to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
