To set aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1870 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.1532 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, dated 28.07.2017 and allow the Revision Petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- On the side of petitioner, it is stated that the Registry refuse to receive the amount as the order copy is not sent to the concerned section in time.

Hence, time for payment is extended till 25.07.2018. Registry is directed to sent a copy of the order immediately to the concerned section of this Court.
