O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Valliyoor to dispose of the O.S.No.21 of 2015 within a specified period. 2.The petitioner is the plaintiff filed a suit against the respondent in O.S.No.21 of 2015 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Valliyoor, for Declaration that the respondent is not the legally wedded wife to the petitioner. In the said suit the respondent has appeared through a counsel and filed a written statement in the month of October, 2016 and the same is pending without any progress from the year 2016. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of O.S.No.21 of 2015.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Valliyoor.

the learned Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor, is directed to dispose of the O.S.No.21 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, on day-to-day basis, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
