: Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to measure and demarcate the petitioner's land property in Survey No.309/4 at the extent of 2 cents situate at Usilampatti, Madurai District, based on the fee remitted on 27.02.2018 and on the basis of proceedings dated 15.06.2018, in Na.Ka.No.589/2018/F1 on the file of the third respondent, within a stipulated time frame.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to measure and demarcate his land property in Survey No.309/4 at the extent of 2 cents situated at Usilampatti, Madurai District, based on the fee remitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 27.02.2018 and on the basis of proceedings dated 15.06.2018, in Na.Ka.No.589/2018/F1 on the file of the third respondent, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first and second respondents to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested, for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
