Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to accept the repayment of loan amount from the petitioner towards loan account No.21460002554 and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to deposit the original title deeds in O.S.No.34 of 2012 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Ambasamuthiram based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2015, within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
