Pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant/Accused in S.C.No.361 of 2017 on the file of the Learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai vide judgment dated 22.03.2022 and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the appeal.

CRL MP(MD) No.5817 of 2022 We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and we are not inclined to grant suspension of sentence in this case. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.Registry is directed to prepare the typed-set of papers and post this Criminal Appeal for final hearing.
