O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent. The second respondent has ordered notice on 05.01.2018 and the same is pending without any progress thereafter. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 10.10.2017, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to complete the enquiry, after affording ample opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
