This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence his property comprised in Survey No.303/47M.1 situated at Palinganatham Village, Ariyalur Taluk & District by considering his representation dated 28.03.2023. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the property in question is situated at Ariyalur District and hence, this matter to be heard by the Principal Bench. 3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition before the Principal Bench.
