Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to facilitate the petitioner to get public water in the water tap nearby his house situate in Dindigul District, Palakkanoothu Village in S.F.No.1252/8, considering his representation dated 06.10.2015.

Mr.K.Mesh Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.Since this writ petition is disposed of without affecting the interest of the 3rd respondent in any manner, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.
3.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to facilitate him to get water in public water tap situated near to his house, by considering his representation dated 06.10.2015. 4.The grievance of the petitioner is that an employee of the 3rd respondent Panchayat is preventing the petitioner from taking water from the public water tap in view of personal animosity. representation to the respondents on 06.10.2015. As the said representation has not been considered so far, the present Writ petition is filed before this Court.
5.Without expressing any view on the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ petition, I only direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2015 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the 3rd respondent as well. Such exercise shall be done by the 2nd respondent, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
