This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2015, submitted for initiation of appropriate action against the A.Karisalkulam Village Panchayat President.

It is common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this petition. become infrucuous. However, it is pertinent to mention here that since public money is reported to be swindled, it is for the concerned respondent to initiate action against those persons, who are mainly responsible for such misappropriation and the petitioner is also permitted to place all the required documentary evidences before the authority initiating action.
