It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.04.2016.

2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed and a copy of closure report has already been sent to the petitioner by post.

4.If the petitioner has not received the closure report, the second respondent is directed to furnish a fresh copy to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
