ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections (i) 392 r/w 34, (ii) 392 and (iii) 392 IPC in Crime No.13 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.It is seen that the petitioner was arrested only on P.T.Warrant. Hence, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

(iii) The petitioner shall not abscond.
