ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in S.Nos.1015/2 and 949/3 situated at Rajakkamangalam Revenue Village, Agatheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, considering his online application dated 14.12.2022.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that as per the order passed by Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Agatheeswaram, Patta has already been issued in the name of the petitioner and others in respect of the subject property in Patta.No.4461. The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents is recorded. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the Joint Patta issued by the 2/4

respondents, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
