[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to grant parole for a period of 10 days to the petitioner's husband by name Balachandar (CT1253) confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai for the purpose of arranging medical treatment to the petitioner, by considering her representation dated 07.04.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and within 15 days, her representation will be disposed of.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
