ORDER

Today, the matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, indicating that the petition had been filed to implead himself as the second plaintiff and not as the second defendant.

2. However, in the order dated 27.10.2025 made in C.R.P.(MD).No.1993 of 2025, this Court had directed him to be impleaded himself as second

defendant in the suit.

3. The petitioner had himself only filed an application to implead himself as the second plaintiff in the suit and inadvertently, in the above said order, in paragraph No.3, an error had crept in the second line, indicating him to be impleaded as second defendant. Hence, the word "defendant" shall be deleted and shall be replaced with the word "plaintiff.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
