ORDER

C.Kishore Kumar, Son of Chidambaram, has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 4 to give permission and protection for Arulmigu Sri Antharanatchiamman Temple festival to be held on 02.05.2022 to 11.05.2022 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2022.

The petitioner has come to this Court today (05.05.2022). In the meantime, the festival starts. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
