ORDER

S.Manickam, Son of Sevugan, has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to convene a peace talk meeting to resolve the issue of the rights of Moovachi Karai Nattars in respect of the Festival conducted in the month of Chithirai along with the honours and rights in relation to Amabala Pattam, 1st day Nattar Mandagapudi https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9314 of 2022 and Theradiyil Nattar Mariyathai in Arulmighu Sri Cholapirattai Amman Temple situated at Thulyanoor village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2022.

The petitioner, in para 9 of the affidavit filed in support the petition, has specifically mentioned that he has filed a petition before the Joint Commissioner of H.R & C.E., Thanjavur in O.A.No.82 of 2021 invoking under Section 63(e) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 to decide Amabala Pattam.

Learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would state that when the petitioner has already approached the Joint Registrar of H.R & C.E. by filing O.A.No.82 of 2021 for the same relief, he cannot come to this Court.

Considering the submissions made, this Court is of the view that two petitions cannot be filed for one relief. Hence, this Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
