ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her daughter viz., Gowsalya before this Court from the illegal custody of the second respondent.

2. The petitioner as well as the detenue are present before this Court today and on our enquiry, the detenu viz., Gowsalya expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner, who is the father of the detenu.
