Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.DHILIPAN PANDIAN R L, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to modify 1/3

the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.23415 of 2023, dated 02.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to her illhealth, the petitioner was not able to appear before the respondent police for a period of one week and therefore, the respondent police has not permitted the petitioner to sign the register. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court for modification.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly.

4. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition, this Petition is dismissed with liberty to the respondent police to move an application for cancellation for bail.
