O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.03.2016 and 28.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's and others mortgaged their property to the proposed accused. When the same is sought to be redeemed, the proposed accused is trying to sell the property without redeeming it to the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint on 21.03.2016 and 28.03.2016, which are still pending with the 3rd respondent and hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that enquiry has been conducted and parties have been directed to seek remedy before the civil Court, as the matter relates to a civil dispute.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. The learned Government Advocate is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate further action before the appropriate forum.
