ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report as per the representation dated 27.03.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry and preliminary enquiry disclosed that the complaint is purely civil in nature. Therefore, with an advise to the parties to approach the Civil Court for seeking appropriate remedy, the complaint has been closed. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court.

3.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and taking the closure report on file, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned Civil Court.
