ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the balance 10% amount of Rs.2,02,070/- deposited by the 1st and 2nd respondents in E.P.No.37 of 2018 in C.D.No.45 of 2016 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Madurai.

3.Since decree already confirmed, and the award amount is deposited in the Execution Court, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the balance 10% of the deposited amount with proportionate accrued interest and costs, by filing appropriate application before the Tribunal.
