(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) By consent, Writ Petition itself, is taken up for final disposal. Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for first respondent and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned counsel takes notice for second respondent.

2.This Writ petitioner seeks issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to open a TASMAC shop No.7936 at Thiruppanandal Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2018. 3.We are afraid that this Court would be out of bounds in answering favourably the prayer of the petitioner. This Writ petition shall stand dismissed. No costs.
