The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2018 and to take suitable action as against the proposed accused person.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, a detailed enquiry has been conducted by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli and found that the complaint of the petitioner is false. Further, the Additional Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli has made a recommendation to the District Collector, Tirunelveli to find out the genuineness of the land register document produced by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
