O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take necessary and immediate action and investigate the unlawful activities of respondents 4 and 5 by considering petitioner's complaint dated 21.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the respondents 4 and 5 were forcibly evict the petitioner from the house and stolen 50 sovereigns of gold jewels, 4 kgs of silver articles, wooden and steel bureau and other valuable articles. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a complaint against the respondents 4 and 5 on 21.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that due to dispute between the parties, both the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the respondents 4 and 5 and also the private respondents have also registered a complaint against the petitioner. Both the complaints were enquired and closed after conducting elaborate enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to close the writ petition, by recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure report, in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
