This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.79 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent to any other impartial Investigation Agency.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed that during the pendency of this petition, it appears that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed by referring the matter as mistake of fact and the notice also sent to the petitioner.
