This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge memo issued by the respondent's Corporation in Reference No. TNSTC / TRY /DS-2085 / FAT01/D4-3654/2022, dated 25.10.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has placed on record the final punishment order dated 14.08.2023 passed against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned charge memo issued to the petitioner.

3. Since the final order has been passed, this Writ Petition has now become infructuous. If aggrieved by the final order, the petitioner will have to challenge the final order dated 14.08.2023 passed by the respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
