Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The communication impugned in this writ petition only calls upon the petitioner to appear for an enquiry and it does not affect the rights of the petitioner at all. The petitioner can always appear before the first respondent and place his version. The first respondent would certainly take note of all the relevant aspects and dispose of the matter. There is no need to interfere at this stage. Leaving open the rights of the writ petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
