The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.437 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Theni to the file of the Sub Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District. 1/4

2. Though the respondent has been served and name being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. The petitioner has expressed difficulties by stating that she depends on her parents and she has no other source of income. she has further submitted that the distance between Theni and Harur is almost 350 Kilometres.

4. The petitioner also appears to have filed H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2023 before the Sub Court, Harur for restitution of conjugal rights.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering the fact that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2023 before the Sub Court, Harur, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed by transferring H.M.O.P.No.437 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Theni to the file of the Sub Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District and tried along 2/4
