PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.216 Of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(2) of I.P.C., in Crime No.216 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would point out that the petitioner is having four previous cases. In the case on hand, the injuries sustained by the victim are on the chest and hand. It is further alleged that the petitioner engaged three other persons whose their identity is yet to be established. 4. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and the opposition made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. This criminal original petition is dismissed.
