O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.03.2016, investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed . He has further submitted that the closure report has already been sent to the petitioner through post.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not yet been received by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
