PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2020 as a revision petition within a stipulated time and to pass orders in the said revision petition preferred by the petitioner within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon`ble court after affording opportunity to all parties interested. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2020. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.According to the petitioner, she made a representation dated 13.02.2020 to the respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of others, under the UDR scheme, in respect of the property in S.No.67/2 situated at Mustakurichi, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District and to transfer the same in favour of her. So far, no action has been taken by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2020 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2020 and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9252 of 2020 appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
